In the era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is thecompetition of talents in the final, human resources competition among enterprises. Thisis outstanding in the high-tech enterprises. Therefore, in order to maximize the value ofhuman resources and retain the core staff, we must design a set of scientific andreasonable salary system to reflect the human resources value, which is a high-techenterprise managers urgently need to solve. In recent years, the problem of the research ofhuman resources value measurement in high-tech enterprises has been a hot issue in theresearch field. Therefore, there is an important theoretical and practical significance by theresearch on the application of human resource value measurement in high and newtechnology enterprise salary management.Based on the above analysis, in this paper, it is based on the related literature at homeand abroad and the different characteristics of the high-tech enterprises and traditionalenterprises. This paper also elaborated the necessity and feasibility of compensationmanagement applied the value measurement of human resources in high tech enterprises,and put forward that we should give senior managers and key employees in the high-techindustry long-term incentive of residual claim. In the measurement of human resourcevalue, this paper analyzed the major measurement of human resources value model athome and abroad, and pointed out the advantages and the existing problems in humanresources value measurement model, and improved the human resources valuemeasurement model according to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises. Finally, byusing monetary measurement and non monetary measurement, this paper constructed theapplication model of human resource current value measurement in salary management ofhigh tech Enterprises and the improved application model of human resource current valuemeasurement in salary management of high tech Enterprises. And two kinds of applicationmodels were compared and analyzed through the case, comparison results showed that theimproved application model of human resource current value measurement was moreobjective and scientific, and based on this,it is more fair for the core employees in thehigh tech enterprise to distribute residual claim, and it also can mobilize the enthusiasm ofthe core staff very well.
