In recent years, with the rapid development of global economy, personal wealthhas been accumulated, people pay special attention to the reasonable distribution ofself-income, so wealth management becomes more popular in China, and manybanks start to sell various wealth products. Among them, due to the local banksstarted late and less experienced in financial services, the main problem is thecompetition with the foreign banks and how to expand their business. So in recentyears, local banks have set up the VIP centers, private banks, etc. Meanwhile,foreign banks are more experience and could provide many structured products suchas open-end offshore funds etc., the products which provided by foreign banks aremore competitive as they has flexible tenor, stable profit etc. However, foreignBanks also met a lot of restrictions in China. In this context, it’s a primary problemthat each banks how to accept various challenges, in order to find the correctdevelopment direction in the future in wealth management of premier customers.The thesis makes use of the theories on strategy management and marketing,analysis the time being situation of current wealth management direction. Based onreal cases, it also analysis high end client’s need to develop special products to them;it compared the advantages and disadvantages and reply on other banks experiences,according to China’s market, it proposes the suggestions on how to improve highend wealth management products.According to the survey and research, H bank should accelerate thedifferentiation customization of individual wealth management products andresearch and development; accelerate the wealth system construction, etc. Inexpanding its product sales at the same time, strengthen product sales and services;establish a reasonable compliance of product sales and service mode, strengtheningrisk control mechanism of personal financial services.
