With the rapid development of Internet technology and the rapid rise of Internetenterprise, market structure has changed subversively, market competition becomesmore intense. Under the background of the Internet economy, the mode of operationof enterprises becomes more complex and diverse. With the intensification of marketcompetition, more and more traditional companies began to consider the e-businesstransformation, in order to use the Internet to economic characteristics unique to seeksuitable for enterprise development mode of operation. The concept of "businessmodel" has attracted wide attention and research of managers and academics, thesuccess of business model innovation has become the main strategic planning in thetraditional enterprise Internet economy transformation. As a traditional productionenterprise, Hisense has began to seek the road of e-business transformation since2009,and has formed a unique electronic commerce operation mode. Based on the theory ofbusiness model and business model innovation, and the existing business modelevaluation, the paper based on Hisense appliances electronic commerce, innovativedesign ideas and corresponding measures for Hisense electrical and electroniccommerce business model is proposed, in order to put forward the suggestions andstrategies for the development of electronic commerce effectively Hisense appliances.In this paper, by using the method of brainstorming and SWOT stratifiedanalysis business model for Hisense electrical and electronic commerce law is studied.Brainstorming is mainly through brainstorming session in Hisense appliance to theassessment of the status of business model Hisense electrical and electroniccommerce, evaluation modules and opportunities for business modes and disadvantages; SWOT hierarchical analysis method is mainly used to analyze theexisting business model Hisense electrical and electronic business problems, and putsforward measures for improvement in view of the existing problems in thecorresponding.This paper researched and innovated Hisense electronic commerce businessmodel from the following several aspects.Firstly, the paper introduced the theory of business model, such as the definition,elements of business models, business model innovation drivers and the possibleinnovation path, and reassigned the definition of the business model from the point ofview of value.Secondly, using the business model canvas as the main tool, the elements of theexisting business model of Hisense electronic commerce were described. Throughbrainstorming session in Hisense appliance, evaluating the elements that the existingbusiness mode in E-Commerce Department and the facing opportunities andweaknesses. Based on the thorough evaluation of the existing business model, usingSWOT analysis method to analyze the disadvantage and opportunity that the existingbusiness model faces. And summarized the Hisense electrical and electroniccommerce business model problems in the running process of the value proposition,channel operation and key business etc, put forward some correspondingimprovement measures subject to these problems.Finally, breakthrough from the relating to the business model innovation valueproposition, customer interface, infrastructure and financial ability these four aspectsand nine components, based on the analysis of the innovation of the business model,from the value proposition of optimization, channel integration and various businessmodel design of Hisense electrical and electronic commerce three aspects of businessprocess elements optimization design, description, comparison and analysis. In order to guarantee the innovation after Hisense electrical and electronic commerce businessmodel of running smoothly, put forward the implementation of safeguard measuressubject to the commercial pattern of future implementation may be encountered in theproduction, marketing channel conflict and marginalization.
