Since the 20th century, economic globalization, social information has already become one of the hottest topics of concern. In this process, the Internet has always played a pivotal role. Especially since the 90s, the Internet technology and traditional business combination gave birth to a new economic form, that is, e-commerce. E-commerce emerged at an alarming rate on the penetration of sectors of society to give all walks of life with a change which is subversive and new. It broke the company had a relatively stable traditional business model. It stimulates the nerve of each enterprise with the opportunities and threats, forces them to make changes to respond to new competitive environment.In this article, we study electronic commerce theory, business model theory at first. Combining the characteristics of online tourism industry, we focus on analyzing the impact of online travel business development caused by the application of e-commerce. And thus draw the necessity and feasibility for Online Travel Company Business Model Innovation.This article concrete chapter structure is made up of seven parts. In the first chapter begins by describing the topics of the article's background, purpose and significance; second chapter overview of theory and application. This chapter began with a detailed presentation of the basic concepts of e-commerce, basic characteristics, the basic application; secondly, we show several currently popular opinions about business model and lay stress on the opinion which is raised by Zhuwuxiang and Weiwei(subsequent chapters, both said Wei, Zhu business model theory for short). The last part is the introduction of Porter's five forces model analysis tools. ChapterⅢdeals with business model of tourism industry in the traditional environment, and aims at discovering the shortcomings of the traditional business models of tourism. ChapterⅣ, through the case study of Ctrip, E-long, we discuss the business model framework of online travel company in the e-commerce environment based on the theory of Wei, Zhu business model. In ChapterⅤ, we describe the developing environment of online travel company, and further analyze the challenges of online travel company in the e-commerce environment using Porter's five forces model. ChapterⅥ, we proposed business model innovation of China's online tourism enterprises while Looking ahead to the future of China's online travel market. At the last chapter, we give a summarization.In this summarization, we not only talk about what we have done in this article, but also advice what we should do in the future.The renovations of this article mainly lie in two aspects. First, we provide an overall and comprehensive analysis on online travel company with the case analysis on ctrp and elong.
