The rapid development of global economic integration makes the relationsbetween enterprises more closely. The development of economic and social divisionof labor will make the enterprises face a greater challenge. So more and moreenterprises gradually form various coordination networks with other enterprises todeal with the globalization fierce competition. Complex product is a kind of systemswhich is characterized with the high technology content、high cost、complexmanufacturing process. Due to the complex product components for many species andthe complexity of manufacturing technology in the manufacturing process, a singlemanufacturer could not complete the design and manufacture all products and partswithin the enterprise. So it needs to carry out extensive cooperation with othersuppliers in collaborative designing and manufacturing based on modularization andto form the modular manufacturing networks as the main line of complexproducts.With a coordinated manner the enterprises obtain advantage, however, theyalso face the risk in the competition at the same time. In collaborative manufacturingnetwork, the risk of a single enterprise will affect other enterprises through mutualbusiness relationship, and may even breed interruptions of the whole networkoperation.This thesis mainly research in three aspects. First, the thesis analyzes the mode ofthe complex product modular manufacturing and the characteristics of the modulesuppliers at all levels with the business relationship between each other. On this basis,this thesis constructs complex product collaborative manufacturing network; second,this thesis researches the risk of the transmission mechanism in the network ofcollaborative manufacturing of the complex products. Theoretically studies thetransmission mechanism of risk within the module when there are no defensivemeasures and there are defenses. At the same time, the thesis also analyzes how thestructure of module size impacts the spread range of risk; third, on the basis oftheoretical research, the thesis puts forward the corresponding risk control strategy. In the process of research, this thesis first collects all the related literature, layingthe foundation of the research in the theory. In the process of empirical analysis, thethesis makes a aircraft manufacturing product B766as an example, linking the theoryresearch with the practice. Established the plane collaborative manufacturing network,the thesis uses the UCINET software to analyze the characteristics of network andverify the scale-free and clustering characteristics of the network.The main conclusions of this thesis are:Applying the complex network in complex product modular collaborativemanufacturing process is feasible. Complex product collaborative manufacturingnetwork has the characteristics of growth and LAN connectivity according toqualification of the complex network. Researching the risk of the transmissionmechanism in collaborative manufacture network can provide with effective riskcontrol strategy to each supplier participating in collaborative manufacture.All suppliers in the complex product collaborative manufacturing network musthave a certain risk defense capabilities to slow the risk’s spread speed and impactingscope. At the same time, in the process of manufacturing, the enterprise need areal-time monitoring to the risk, constantly update the risk defense capabilities.Complex product is divided with modules according to the function and each modulehas a specific function. Therefore, the suppliers who service to a specific moduleshould strengthen the connection with their module suppliers, weakening the businessrelationship with other module suppliers in order to avoid the risk of one module inthe collaborative manufacturing spread in the network.
