The office of central stated-owned enterprise, as an integrative administration, acts as a management operator for the enterprises. Its function are coordination, advisor, public relations, supervisor, service and so on. The ability, efficiency, working style and spirit of the office is highly related to how central stated-owned enterprises run stable and improve efficiency. As the reform for the enterprises going deep, they have to face the opportunity and challenge. After the Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, not only the reform of the enterprises structure and governance mechanism against more significant mission, but also the office have to improve administration and innovate the system. Now, the office’s administration exist some problems which already sent the opposite impact for normal work. This paper analyzes the existed administration problems of the office and indicates the solutions by using the methods of literature analysis, case analysis and normative research.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part describes the significance of the topic, the literature review and research tools. The second part analyzes the central stated-owned enterprises office functions, tasks and features. The third part analyzes the current situation and the main problems of the central stated-owned enterprises office management. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures from the central stated-owned enterprise, the office and the office staff, to improve and strengthen the office management. The fifth part analyzes a specific case of the central stated-owned enterprise office management.
