Being the third industry, tourism and real estate industry has a closecorrelation between high added value, etc., is the new growth point of nationaleconomy important in our country. Thanks to sustained economic growth, theimprovement of living standards, consumption idea and consumption pattern change,tourism real estate development has broad market prospects. At present, the researchon the tourism real estate is relatively small, the practice has just started, therefore,further develop tourism real estate research is of great significance. Under thisbackground, the research of tourism real estate development model, to regulate thedevelopment of tourism real estate, the guidance of the theory and practice, for thetourism real estate market in China, is very important.As a series of housing reform policy in our country, has intensified the marketcompetition of tourism real estate. Tourism real estate enterprises want to occupy aposition in market competition, have to see if the enterprise can produce marketdemand for products. As a budding tourism real estate, marketing is the key, is theinevitable requirement of enterprise survival and development.Scholars at home and abroad of tourism real estate sales have presented differentideas. Qingcheng mountain villa project was studied based on this background. On thebasis of marketing theory, based on the market macro environment, geographicalenvironment, the real estate market environment, using the analytic method, putsforward the marketing strategy combination: product strategy, price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.
