The Analysis On The Scientific Development Strategy Of Eco-tourism In The New Era Of Shaanxi

With the sustained and rapid economic growth in China, people’sconsumption concept has changed constantly. Tourism has gradually become thepublic way of a new life, in which the Green back-to-nature of low-carbonconsumption features to flaunt the eco-tourism. Obviously, it has become theworld’s most popular tourism way for tourists. However, faced with the urgentsituation of increasingly scarce resources, increasingly serious environmentalpollution, and the progressive deterioration of ecosystems in the new era. InNovember2012, the18th CPC National Congress integrated ecological into the“Five-in-One” social modernization of the total layout, and improved theconstruction of ecological civilization to the strategic prominent status, whichmust be the organic combination of ecological civilization construction andbeautiful China. This will put forward the higher, stricter and furtherrequirements for the scientific development of eco-tourism. Viewed of Shaanxi,the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period is the critical period for Shaanxi to achieve thegoal of the strong tourism province. It also is the crucial period for Shaanxi tobuild the eco-tourism. Under the strong push in the new round of westerndevelopment, the scientific development of eco-tourism in Shaanxi is faced withgood opportunities. How to adapt to the new situation, change in the industrialstructure, optimize the development of eco-tourism, is one of the importantissues facing the new era of eco-tourism in Shaanxi. Therefore, guided by thescientific outlook on development, analysis of the current development ofeco-tourism in Shaanxi, study of the development strategy and countermeasuresof eco-tourism in Shaanxi, which have far-reaching significance to achieve the“landscape humanities, beauty shaanxi” eco-tourism development goal.This paper takes the ecological view of Marxism, and scientific outlook on development as the theoretical bases paying attention to linking theories withpractice. From the basic conceptual and theoretical approach to Shaanxieco-tourism for system analysis, with a view to promoting and conducting anin-depth study on the scientific development of eco-tourism and buildingecological harmony community to provide valuable theoretical analysis andpractice policies. The paper mainly elaborates how to achieve the scientificdevelopment of eco-tourism in the new era of Shaanxi from five major parts:The first part states the meaning of eco-tourism and expounds the featuresof scientific development of eco-tourism, which starting from the related theoriesof eco-tourism. Then it combs and deepens the ideological path of ecologicalview of Marxism, summarizes and draws lessons the contemporary significanceof ecological view of Marxism. At last, explores the guiding significance of thescientific outlook on development to the new era of eco-tourism.The second part sums up the development advantages and opportunities inthe new era based on the in-depth study of the status of eco-tourism in Shaanxi,in turn analysis of the current issues faced by the development of eco-tourism inShaanxi. Under this foundation, explores the question reasons from the multipleperspectives in the environment, economy, technology, and cultural, draws outthe urgency and vital significance of scientific development of eco-tourism inShaanxi, provides a starting point for the proposed countermeasures.The third part puts forward the guiding ideology and clarifies the purposeof scientific development of eco-tourism in Shaanxi, which in oder to responseto national development. And makes three strategic approaches to construct ascientific road of Shaanxi eco-tourism in the new era.The fourth part constructs the scientific development of eco-tourism in theway of Shaanxi features, which set from the five countermeasure systems inenvironmental protection, scientific planning, technology management, serviceguarantee.
