Therefore, the financial competitiveness strength evaluation is very important. Biotechnology industry is a new industry of our country in recent years. Countries for years for a number of policies to support the priority to the development of strategic industries, biotechnology industry enterprise need high-tech and innovation, and need a lot of money to support research and practice, they generally have the characteristics of high input, high risk. Therefore, financial aspects of the biotechnology industry should be the focus of research, the research of its financial competitiveness evaluation is paramount, has important theoretical and guiding significance. Because of the listed companies is the typical representative of modern enterprise system, therefore, the biotechnology industry listed companies’financial competitiveness evaluation has more profound practical significance.Through integrated use research methods as system analysis, principal component analysis and sorting evaluation method, in order to analyze the main factors that influence the financial competitiveness of biotechnology industry listed companies, to build its evaluation index system, make a comprehensive evaluation and classification on the overall situation, to explore the forward some suggestions for promoting the enterprise financial competitiveness, for provide reliable basis to improve the competitive ability of the financial of the biotechnology industry listed companies. This paper is divided into eight parts, based on financial strategy theory, competitive advantage theory, core competence theory, through the analysis of the characteristics of financial competitiveness, components and formation mechanism of biotechnology industry listed companies, select a representative99biotechnology industry listed companies, combined with factor analysis model, comprehensive analysis of financial competitiveness of biotechnology industry listed companies, to evaluate its financial competitiveness. To this end, this paper proposes financial competitiveness promotion strategy of biotechnology industry listed company, in order to improve its financial competitiveness, to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech industry as a whole and keep sustainable competitive advantage, make the enterprise sustainable, healthy and stable development, ensure the realization of enterprise value creation and strategic objectives.
