The economic in our country has gained continuous grades in recent years. Theagriculture develops well and the quality of main products increase. Farmers’ income alsogain sustained increase. Changes are taken place in rural areas face with farmers’s sustainedincreasing income and the improvement of rural life. First of all, all these changes benefitfrom the rapid development of national economy, the development of industrialization andurbanization, the growth of our economic power, the implement of "industry subsidiesagriculture" and "city leads villages” policy and the deepening and development of variousreforms in rural arrears. Secondly, it benefits from the optimization of agriculture patterns, theadjustment of agriculture structure, the management of agricultural industrialization and thestrategic adjustment in agricultural and rural structure. Whether developing ordeveloped countries both pay different levels of attention to agriculture in each stage, mainlyin financial support. Finance supporting agriculture is not only the yellow-box policy inAgriculture Agreement, but also is the important part of agricultural supporting capital whichis the source of agricultural capital. In this paper, the author has consulted first-hand dataconcerning finance supporting agriculture. Under the background of finance supportingagriculture, the author analyzed fund achievements of finance supporting agriculture in Tai’anconsidering the results of fund achievements of finance supporting agriculture in abroad andat home, and combining our country’s theory and practiceThis paper has five chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates the background andmeaning of the this research, the literature review in broad and at home, the method andcontent of the research and also the innovation and shortcomings of the research. The secondchapter generalizes the theoretical basis of our finance supporting agriculture, whichincluding the concept, related theory, mainly area and objective necessity of financesupporting agriculture. The third chapter analyses the current situation of finance supportingagriculture in Tai’an. After mastering the situation of Tai’an and it’s agricultural condition andorganizing the data the author has gained the condition of finance supporting agriculture inTai’an and summarized it’s main results. The fourth chapter is a performance analysis offinance supporting agriculture in Tai’an. This chapter gives performance analysis in the scopeand structure of fiscal agriculture investment. The author gives absolute analysis and relativeanalysis of finance supporting agriculture in Tai’an from2003to2012and also valid analysisof the effect of finance supporting agriculture; Problems has been pointed out in performance of finance supporting agriculture in Tai’an in the research of agricultural capital constructionexpenditure, science and technology expenditure and rural relief fund expenditure. The fifthchapter proposes several corresponding measures according to the improvement of financesupporting agriculture performance in Tai’an.
