In the first, the articlehas carried on the trend analysis of corn costs and benefits in our country. Then select11major corn producing provinces of our country, comparative analysis to regional difference ofthem. The11corn specific provinces can be divided into five classes through clusteringanalysis. This paper also compared the corn cost and benefit in China and America. Tospecify the influencing factors of the corn planting, select the net profit per unit area, fertilizerand other material service, labor costs, land costs,50kg corn prices and yield the sevenindicators. The net profit per unit area is as explained variable, establish model, get otherindicators of corn planting the influence degree of the net profit per unit area.Conclusion: The total cost of corn showed a trend of growth in China. The increased ofproduction cost is the main factor driving the total cost rising, but land costs are alsobeginning to growth trends. Artificial cost exceeded material service fees, as the main body ofthe cost of production. Corn production is growing obviously in our country. Net profitsbegan to decline and the proportion of cash earnings also began to fall. That means not paylabor costs and proprietary to fold the rent are rising quickly.According to corn planting area and yield, select the11major corn producing provinceas the research object to analysis the regional differences. It can be divided into four major corn producing areas. Huanghuai area corn cost is less than other major corn producing area.The northeast district labor costs and land costs are significantly higher than the other threemajor corn producing areas, which are mainly decided by the northeast area of cultivation.The corn net profit of southwest area is low zero. Compared with China and America of corncost and benefit, the total cost of China and America are growing fast, but China’s growth isfaster. The growth of the indirect costs pushed the US corn total cost increased, but China’slabor costs led to the total cost increased. The price of corn and yield affect on China’s cornnet profit positively. Fertilizer, other material service, labor costs and land cost hindered theincrease of corn yield. Yields and prices’ leverage is up to nine. The elastic coefficient offertilizer and other material waste fee is more than5. The impact on corn net of land cost andartificial cost is close to three.
