In recent years, more and morescholars begin to pay close attention to the rural human capital and therelationship between the problems of farmers’ income growth. Inner Mongolia region because of its uniquegeographical and historical reasons, the development of rural economy isrelatively backward, agricultural population proportion is large, low level offarmers’ income, to explore the problem of how to improve farmers’ income isimminent. To fundamentally solve the problem of increasing farmers’ income,the key is to enhance the level of rural human capital.Based on the theory construction, model evaluation, mechanism analysis,policy options for the train of thought, based on the human capital theory, inthe perspective of rural human capital of Inner Mongolia, for evaluation.
