| With the rapid development of China’s urban construction, thecontradictions between people and land have become increasinglyprominent. Study on rural collective land ownership is the right toinformation, data, registration and management, on the one hand,improve the land property system in China, the establishment of ruralcollective property rights clear ownership, complete power, smoothcirculation, strict protection has theoretical and practical significance, onthe other hand to do a good job, effectively safeguarding the farmerscollective land management rights and interests, has far-reachingsignificance to promote social harmony and stability in rural areas.This paper takes Hangjinhouqi as an example, using "3S" technology,methods of field investigation, the rural collective land ownershipregistration certification and management in detail, finds out theHangjinhouqi collective ownership of land ownership status, includingthe subject of collective land ownership and the number of cases, divisionnumber, area and the ownership dispute case, confirmed the collectiveland ownership is the right compared to the previous survey, moreaccurate, but also save the cost of the investigation, land management at GIS cadastral management information system under the support of moreconvenient, efficient, improve the work efficiency, saving the cost ofmanagement, to lay the foundation for the investigation is the right nextstep of collective land use right. At the same time, also found that theHangjinhouqi rural collective land ownership registration certificationresults and annual change survey results of convergence there aretechnical and policy issues, and put forward some suggestions accordingto the survey. |
