As complex changes in the post-industrial society and globalization bring aboutopportunities and challenges for the development of organization, following with TotalQuality Management (TQM) and Organization Process Reengineering, leadership has startedtrends in the process of organization management. Leadership not only undertakes the needsof organization development, but also fits the demand of social symmetry quality. Effectiveleaderships with harmonious qualities can lead the organization to achieve faster, stronger andmore stable development. Considering the current situation of leadership studies at home andabroad, combined with the present reality of organizational leadership management, the papermakes logic analysis of organizational leadership and explorations on its model from theperspective of potential science of management, thus putting forward harmonic symmetrymodel in symmetric leadership and specific improvement strategy.The paper makes study on harmonic quality model in symmetric leadership. Firstly, thepaper develops definitions of potential management science from the University of PotentialScience. It also conducts symmetric descriptions on leadership qualities from the spinningstability of potential science. Meanwhile, the paper gives systematic descriptions on thetheories of potential science and leadership through reviewing the theoretical achievementsabout leadership studies at home and abroad. Secondly, starting from the symmetricexpression of management potential, the paper studies the qualities that influence leadershipfrom inside and outside aspects and clarifies that leadership qualities present the combinationof explicit potential elements and implicit potential elements in management potential. Basedon theory collections, academics interviews and research evidences, incorporating qualitativeand quantitative methods, the paper inputs subdivision index of leadership qualities and findsout the constitute elements of symmetric leadership in the aspects of institution, culture,leadership, communication, strategy, detail, organization and implementation by means ofprincipal component analysis. Chapter four divides8times nonlinear solutions intofour-dimensional explicit potential and four-dimensional implicit potential to carry outcorrespondence analysis. The paper analyzes corresponding relation between explicit potential index and implicit potential index and elaborates the measures to realize symmetricleadership in the aspects of institution and culture, leadership and communication, strategyand detail, organization and planning, thus draws the harmonic symmetric model of ethnicsymmetric leaderships. Finally, through taking the construction of symmetric leadership inBaolingbao Company as an example, the paper proposes shape differences and theconstructive path to strengthen symmetric leadership qualities. The paper also empiricallyanalyzes the improvement strategy of symmetric leadership.The paper holds the belief that along with more attentions to leadership studies, thedevelopment of potential science in the management potential symmetry theory and theconstruction of symmetric leadership qualities model will be enriched. It will have morepractical operability and provide comprehensive guidance to enhance organizationalleadership.
