Study Of Entrepreneurs Leadership In Perspective Of Potential Science

An entrepreneur is the soul and spiritual support of a business. They are thecentral part to adjust the various relationships inside and outside the business andresources. Facing the great challenge from domestic and foreign environment, eachenterprise need to be leaded to realize the vision and objectives of the enterprise, andstep on the development path of harmonious by the entrepreneurs who own the strongleadership skills. Therefore, the construction of the leadership skills is not only therealistic requirement of enterprise development, but also the objective demand of theeconomic society’s improving. This paper based on the research status of the relatedtheory about leadership skills, analyzed and discussed the entrepreneurs leadershipskills systematically by the use of potential science, and has important theoretical andpractical significance.This paper studied the core of the research of entrepreneurs leadershipskills—the structures and improvement. First of all, the relative theory aboutentrepreneurs and leadership skills were reviewed systematically, and the researchachievement of the performance of the theory about potential science in the field ofmanagement and leadership. Secondly, based on integrating the theory of leadershipskills, the general inscape of leadership skills was presented. Analyzing and detailingthese elements with the combination of the entrepreneurs’ characteristics and based onthe research of potential science, in order to ensure their scientificainess andcompleteness. Add the construction if entrepreneurs leadership skills to the operationmechanism of potential science, for the purpose of mould the individual differenceand strengthen the close connection of the entrepreneurs and staff maximally, try torealize the summarization of the elements of leadership sills, and create the greatestpotential of leadership information. Based on this research mechanism, this paperadopt questionnaire as the research method. After the statistic analysis of the data andthe integration of the results, the constitute model of the elements of leadership skillswas given. Finally, combine with the achievement which got from the qualitative andquantitative research of entrepreneurs leadership skills, regard leadership skillsinscape model as the main body of the research,treat potential science as thetheoretical basis and frame structure, from the standpoint of mould difference andstrengthen connection, and realize the summarization of the potential leadership information, presented the improve way of leadership skills in terms of own quality,innovation ability, symmetrical leadership and harmonious leadership ofenterpreneurs.Strengthening the construction of the leadership skills is the important safeguardmechanism to realize the harmonious development and persistent improvement. Theuse of potential science in the research of entrepreneurs leadership has significantscientificalness, perspective ness and effectiveness, and should promote theconstruction and implementation of leadership skills. As a new subject, potentialscience would be more and more influential in the relevant research about leadershipskills. With the further quantitative research, its adaptability and operability would beenhancing.
