Team effectiveness is an important factor to measure the output quality of the team,the modern enterprise to enhance the effectiveness of the team as an important part of enterprise development.In today's increasingly competitive society,the development of enterprises based on the organization level refinement to the team level,and team building and emphasized the importance of the individual,which makes the factors affecting team effectiveness will be very complex,or even a business,a model of the situation.However,it can not be denied that the commonality of team building is universal,which is worthy of study.So,to find a method to improve the team performance,it is necessary to find the influence factors of team effectiveness,identify the positive impact factors and negative factors,strengthen the positive effect,inhibit the negative effect,so as to realize the team effectiveness,which is to enhance the effectiveness of team based model construction.In the process of looking for the factors affecting team effectiveness,this study draws on the basic connotation of potential science theory.The currency of potential science and emotion,power and knowledge,art and virtual six dimensional elements and symmetry,which is the indispensable basic conditions in team building,according to the essence of symmetric management,summed up the team learning motivation,leadership behavior,organization and other three factors;in addition,an important basis for potential in the science of "contact * difference" classic connotation is the team management potential,to the intermediary role of management process,and then come out of team cohesion,team conflict and other two intermediary variables.This study focuses on the symmetry management,team cohesion,team conflict and team effectiveness.First,literature review,clear theory,constructs a theoretical model,put forward the research hypothesis;secondly,determine the research scale,questionnaire,questionnaire pretest questionnaire,perfect setting;finally,the implementation of empirical analysis to verify the research hypothesis,modify the theoretical model,put forward the feasible suggestions.This study has achieved the following conclusions and results of research: first,symmetric management,team cohesion,team conflict and team performance has a significant role,team cohesion and team conflict on team effectiveness in symmetric management influence plays a intermediary role;second,based on the empirical research conclusions,which are to enhance the model team the effectiveness of potential science based on symmetric management,and management,from the three aspects of symmetry of team cohesion and team conflict are given specific ways to enhance the effectiveness of team,for the relevant research and practice field has brought new inspiration.Finally,the full text of the research are summarized and reviewed,expounds the main conclusions of the study,it is pointed out that this study needs to be perfected or deficiencies,and clearly the specific direction of the next step of the research,the future research prospect.
