In the index structure, according to the actualsituation of construction enterprises in Daqing, based on the characteristic of financialcapability, enterprise quality, technical level, quality and safety, social responsibilityand environmental impact as an indicator,6level-1indexes and22level-2indexescredit evaluation indexes were established, combining the country strongly-advocatedconstruction systems of the energy conservation and environmental protection, resourceconservation and protect environment construction system, selecting the "greenbuilding" as an important dimension index, specifically from the land saving and theindoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and waterresources utilization, material saving and material resources utilization to depict, whichcan both rich dimension index system, and meet the requirements of sustainabledevelopment of environmental resources.
