The Processing Analysis, Countermeasure Research Present Situation And Industry Development Of Putian Nanri Abalone

Abalone industry in Putian City, after years of development, has beendominated by the economic area. The healthy development of abalone industry isone of important ways to increase income of farmers, but also an important source ofhousehold consumption. Putian City, with excellent location and coastal resources,provides enrich resource for abalone industry. The abalone aquaculture productionfrom2008to2012increased first and then decreased. On the other hand, the abalonefarming area increased rapidly in2009, reaching115hectares, which has still beenmaintained at100hectares or more after three years. As one of important Economicof Putian City, the abalone aquaculture industry, it’s of great importance toguaranteeing the area and production, as well as the processing technology. During2008to2012, a significant positive correlation was found in the abalone processingproduction and processing output of Putian City, which maximized in2012. Thispaper mainly aimed to have a better ocular and comprehensive understanding aboutfarming and processing of Putian Nanri abalone, using the economic theorycombined with analysis method, communicating with industry professionals, and atthe same time, developing deep research into companies with qualitative andquantitative methods. Deep research has been carried out in the production,processing, distribution and other aspects of the Putian abalone industry afterwards,comprehensive and systematic analysis was summarized, so as to find and solve theproblems in these process, and at last explore a stable and efficient way to promotethe development of Putian abalone industry.
