Study On The Development Of Bamboo Shoot Industry In Putian Town,Jiedong District,Jieyang City

The development of characteristic advantage agriculture has an important strategic position for a long time.Jieyang City has a superior geographical location and is suitable for the growth of bamboo shoots.How to take bamboo shoot industry as characteristic agriculture,as a pillar industry to promote agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income,is an important problem in Jieyang City.The bamboo shoot industry in Jieyang City is located in Putian town.Putian Town,Jiedong District,is known as "the hometown of bamboo shoots in China".As one of the most characteristic export agricultural products in Jieyang City,bamboo shoots have the reputation of "Lingnan mountain treasure" and have been registered and protected by national geographic indications.Therefore,this paper selects Putian town as the investigation area,combined with the development experience of bamboo shoot industry at home and abroad,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative research,etc.through questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of bamboo shoot industry development in Putian Town,reveals the main difficulties and problems in the development of bamboo shoot industry,and analyzes the influencing factors of the existing problems This paper puts forward constructive countermeasures for the development of bamboo shoot industry in this area.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: at present,there are some factors restricting the further development of local asparagus industry in Putian Town,Jiedong District,mainly including: first,insufficient investment in the industry;second,the main body of the industry is weakened,there are a large number of small retail investors,low technical level and loose connection;third,the level of integration of the first,second and third industries is low,mainly primary processing products,short industrial chain and low economic efficiency The benefit is low.The reasons of restricting the development of bamboo shoot industry in Putian town include: first,the motive force of bamboo shoot farmers is not strong,whether it is planting willingness or development ability is relatively weak;second,the degree of agricultural industrialization is backward,leading enterprises and professional cooperatives do not play a full role in driving,the level of industrial specialization is low,and the development of deep processing is insufficient;third,the government management and support The policy is not in place,and the fund and policy support are insufficientIn view of the above problems and causes,combined with the experience of bamboo shoot industry in Changning County.This paper holds that the bamboo shoot industry in Putian town can be reformed from the following aspects: first,to cultivate the body protection force of the bamboo shoot industry,including improving the construction of the bamboo shoot farmers team and cultivating and standardizing the bamboo shoot industry organization;second,to further improve the bamboo shoot industry chain,on the one hand,to cultivate and subdivide the industry;on the other hand,to develop ideas and extend the industry chain;third,to innovate the industrial operation mode,Do a good job in brand building and explore new forms of agricultural business.
