The implementation of green marketing of agricultural products is the result of operation mode based on the extensive agricultural production.In the90’s of20th century the world green tide marks that we had entered "green era" characterized by environmental protection, nature advocation and sustainable development. Furthermore, it promotes the emergence and development of green marketing concept. China has great consumption potential as power consumption of green agricultural products. But economic losses are incalculable due to product quality certification, the level of management and market development. Therefore, the practical analysis and reasonable strategies of green agricultural products marketing strategy play a key role in entering international market developing economy, expanding demands, improving the overall strength and promoting sustainable development of agricultural production enterprises.The implementation of green marketing is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of Company A in Zhuzhou. Company A has taken various effective measures to establish the green image in recent years and has achieved initial success. However, the existing problem of how to make the green agricultural products successfully listed requires the company to make a serious of feasible marketing strategy. Based on the4Ps and SWOT and the sustainable development theory, the thesis proposes marketing strategy of green agricultural products, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy and safeguard measures of green marketing of agricultural products, through much experimental analysis of marketing theory and investigation of consumer behavior.
