As the power industry is the basis of the national economy and utilities industries, it’s very important for the stable development of China’s economy and society. In recent years, there are increasing numbers of the investment for upgrading the distribution network. Also it brings a new challenge for the electricity company’s logistics management. However, the traditional extensive management caused a serious waste of materials, logistics and low efficiency and high cost of management, which has become increasingly difficult to adapt to long-term development of the company. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, considering the particularity of the logistic in the distribution network reconstruction, refinement of logistics management is required, to further promote material intensive management and improve the quality, efficiency and ability to safeguard supplies.Taking the distribution network reconstruction in2011of Langfang Power Supply Company(LPSC) as an object, the thesis makes an overall study on LPSC’s logistics management in the distribution network reconstruction and analyses problems in its management mode on aspects of organization and current cost control, using the method and principle of supplying chain defining and integration. In accordance with the requirements of modern logistics management knowledge, the thesis designs the organization of electricity material logistics for LPSC by optimizing the flow chain of purchasing, transportation, storage and cost control. With improved inheritance algorithm, the thesis optimizes the options of material supplier, storehouse locating and distribution route. The results prove that the proposed algorithm has stronger applies and practicability, which can provide decision-making basis for the logistics management in the distribution network reconstruction.
