The Japanese agricultural policy have to use other ways topromote the concentration of farmland, the regional agricultural product organizationis the one of the results.The regional agricultural product organization is an implied form of improvingagricultural production scale, it is combined with households within the community,they joint in part or all of the agricultural production. the character of shared laborwas existed in the traditional community,and then inherited by agriculturalcooperative after the World War II. After30years of development, the agriculturalcooperative was converted into the regional agricultural product organization. heregional agricultural product organization has a variety forms from weak to strong,the division of the labor is constantly expand. Though the platform, modern methodsof production can be applied. As a result, some regional agricultural productorganizations has changed into agricultural corporation.This article used the farmer’s cost-benefit analysis to get to know about theeconomic effects of various operating mode. The framework is based on net incomeanalysis of a single farmer who run a large scale farmland. Firstly, analyzed thechanging Japanese economy’s influence on the farmers, the farmer’s failure is thescale of production which can’t reach the minimum efficient scale to get a positive netincome and maintain a stable state. Secondly, analyzed the regional agriculturalproduct organization and its corporationize concluded that the organization and itscorporationize reduced the cost of production and improved the efficiency ofagricultural products. In addition to the regional agricultural product organization’seconomic function, it also has its unique social function, it makes the regionalagricultural product organization indispensable in the Japan’s agriculture and rural.
