With the development of the direct selling industry,the importance of interpersonal relationship network’s construction in the direct system is gradually revealed.That is to say, the interpersonal relationship network is social capital of direct sales staff and marketing personnel can create wealth only rely on the huge interpersonal relationship network.How to build a huge consumption system through interpersonal network, and in the system consumers can get reliable FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and automatically consume in a fixed cycle, is focused by all of the direct selling companies&groups. Once the network is completed, even if the sellers reducing workload, the network can still automatically create revenue, This point is meaningful for sustainable development of the company both theoretically and practically.As an opportunity to start a business,the direct selling industry is facing three problems in the opening process:one is that the individual is puzzled with entrepreneurship development; two is that direct selling enterprises are facing the problem that how to attract talent in the competition and achieve the strategic development challenges; three is that the government faced with needs of stable development of employment,society and economy.Construction of interpersonal network marketing business system based cn6-4-2in this paper can solve the problem in a certain extent.Under this background,the research content of this paper is based on the theory research, introduces the status and development trend of direct selling industry and social network theory, and discusses the6-4-2system theory and its application in the direct selling industry.In addition.through analyzing the process that individual venture company construct its interpersonal network,this paper sums up methods of constructing new interpersonal network based on6-4-2system and electronic commerce and puts forward some relevant suggestions to its application, which has certain practical reference value.
