| Based on carding project management and process reengineering theory,this paper systematically describes the problems existing in the business expanding process of E Power Supply Bureau,and redesign new process according to the principles of ESIA.Finally the original and new processes were described and compared by using ASME method, so as to verify the optimization effect of the new process.In recent years,the electricity sales share of E Power Supply Bureau is declining in market because of the weak service concept and backward mode of the Power Supply Bureau.Especially business expansion time-consuming reporting process,inefficiency,poor customer business communication and so on,which have had seriously affect the enterprise’s customer service quality and hindered ability of the enterprise market development and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.According to the theory of project management and business process reengineering,this paper systematically describes the problems existing in the business expanding process of E Power Supply Bureau,and found that the main problems are the backward organizational structure of the Power Supply Bureau, incomplete information system,overmuch business for examination and approval and so on.Finally this paper put forward that the concept of restructuring process optimization is to provide whole process integration services to the customers.The new business expanding process broke the division of labor form of traditional functions system, set up a new customer service department, launched three subprocesses at the same time and built all-round coverage marketing management information system.The process significantly speeds up the speed of response to customer’s demand, improves the convenience of customer business communication and the ability of electric power marketing service by shortening the process chain, compression management levels, speeding up the information transmission.In order to ensure the maneuverability of the new process optimization, improve the success rate,the paper focus on analyzing the difficulty in the implementation and the key process.Finally the author made an evaluation of the effect of process optimization design. |
