This paper makes a deep analysis of the existing problems in business process of material supply, through the material supply business process improvement to solve the problems in the process, improve the quality of work process, promote enterprise teamwork and the standardization of enterprise management, finally raise the level of process so as to improve the efficiency of the supply of materials and reduce enterprise purchase cost, make the material supply management from extensive management transition to the standardization management until fine standardization management.According to the analysis of the paper, the enterprise must establish its own process management system so as to continue to improve the company’s business process and process management level.
