Study On The Difference Of Area Of Zhejiang Province Fiscal Agriculture Fund Allocation Performance

With the rise of the new public management movement, efficiency of publicexpenditure has become a hot topic in academic circles in recent years. But from theexisting documents, study on the performance of fiscal agriculture expenditure is not sopopular abroad. The research of the performance of fiscal agriculture expenditure hasbeen mainly a national or provincial in China.As everyone knows, Different cities have different political, economic, naturalenvironment and social life in china. In this context, the study of Regional FiscalAgriculture Fund Allocation Performance from a provincial perspective is moremeaningful.This paper selects the performance of fiscal fund allocation in different areas ofZhejiang Province as the research object. Using DEA envelopment analysis, firstly theauthor makes a static analysis based on the selected sample. Secondly, the author makesa dynamic analysis based on the selected sample. Finally, in order to improve the fiscalagriculture fund allocation performance of different areas of Zhejiang Province, theauthor put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for reference in this paper.
