This paper studies several reverse logistics take-back modells of the end-of-life vehicles in the EPR system. Including manufacturers responsibility model, manufacturers combo responsible model, third party responsible model, cooperation model and so on. It summarizes these modells’production background, mechanism characteristic and application condition. In this foundation, it analyzes the impact of reverse logistics take-back modell selection factors, which mainly has the investment, cost and profit, and other economic factors, ability of the technical facilities and equipment management, ability of the information management, personnel management and communication skills, and other management factors, technical factors and so on. On the basis of the Savaskan studying relationship between the recovery network of fixed cost (Cf) and the recovery effort (ε), and Mukhopadhyay, Daiying and others studying hypothesis to the end-of-life product recycling quantity. This paper Constructing the modell of maximum profit based on MDCM, MDCDM, MDCDP, MDC (TP), MDC (IM) and other several models, and solution to the manufacturer’s profits, the profit of recovered body and the amount of recovery under each model, through a comparative analysis of manufacturer’s profits and the amount of recovery under various models, and combined with the example of reasoning calculus, it concludes recovery and manufacturer’s profits is always the greatest under the manufacturer responsibility model and cooperation model, which provides the basis for the enterprise to choose their own development of the scrap auto recycling reverse logistics modell. According to the research conclusion, this thesis based on the related scrap auto recycling policy in China, puts forward the developing countermeasures of the car scrapped reverse logistics recycling in China, which include the improvement of science and technology policy, promotion and innovation of the scrapped car recycling, specification market of the scrap auto recycling, achievement economies of scale, improvement awareness of the owner to scrap auto reverse logistics, establishment EPR system through legislation, clear responsibility main body and the relation, perfect legal laws and regulations and management system of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics recycling, and other concrete policy recommendations.
