| County economy is a kind of effective way to break the urban and rural dualeconomic structure and propel urbanization fleetly. The county agricultural economyis an important part of the county economy. Its development is directly related to vitalinterests of the grassroots mass, especially the farmers, and relate to people’slivelihood problem.County agricultural economy development of Qingdao has a pivotal role to solvethe three rural issues in whole Shandong, is the key to realize Qingdao urban andrural integration. Qingdao further strengthens county agricultural economy; raise thelevel of county agriculture economic development, not only can promote Qingdao todevelop urban-rural harmonically, but also can provide reference to other provinces(municipalities), especially the inland city of Shandong province, to develop thecounty agriculture economy, promote the economy development of the wholeShandong province.Under the guidance of industrial economic theory and agricultural economictheory, this paper collects all kinds of information widely, And define connotation andcharacteristics of county agricultural economic and scientific developmentscientifically. Based on analysis of advantage and disadvantage of developing thecounty agriculture economy in Qingdao, this paper use the analytic hierarchy methodto evaluate county agricultural economic development level of Qingdao four county,and discusses the four common mode of county agricultural economic developmentscientifically. Under the above analysis, this article believes that the best businessmodel of developing Qingdao county agricultural economy is company+intermediary organization+farmer.After selecting the best business model of developing Qingdao countyagricultural economy, this paper puts forward four suggestions to guide Qingdaomunicipal government to develop the model of "company+intermediary organization+farmer".Therefore, this paper mainly includes the eight parts. The first part is theintroduction; introduce mainly research background of this paper, summary of domestic and foreign research, the evaluation of summary of domestic and foreignresearch, the meaning and purpose of study, the content of the study, and the methodof the study, innovation of the study.The second part introduces some basic theory relating to regional economy, andthe basic theoretical issues of the scientific development of the county agriculturaleconomy, expounds briefly the connotation and characteristic of the countyagricultural economy and scientific development.The third part after introducing briefly development status of county agriculturalof Qingdao from four aspects of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery,analyze advantage and disadvantage that Qingdao develops the county agriculturaleconomy scientifically from natural resources, social development level, government,and so on.The fourth part introduces the theory and steps of the analytic hierarchy methodwhich used to evaluate scientific developmental level of county agricultural economyof Qingdao, and introduces principle of designing assessment indicator system fromfour aspects of science, society, ecology.The fifth part evaluates respectively the level of scientific development of thecounty agricultural economy of Qingdao four counties (Jimo county, Jiaozhou county,Pingdu county, Laixi county).The sixth part introduce briefly connotation，characteristic，inadequacy ofcommon modes of developing the county agricultural economy scientifically. Theconcrete is the four patterns of the company+peasant household, the pattern ofcooperative+peasant household, the pattern of market+peasant household, andthe pattern of company+intermediary organization+farmer.The seventh part puts forward the best pattern of scientific development of thecounty agricultural economy of Qingdao is the pattern of company+intermediaryorganization+farmer, and puts forward some concrete measures which Qingdaodevelop the pattern of company+intermediary organization+farmer.The eighth part is research conclusions and outlook. This part summarizesresearch achievement of this paper, and analyzes future development directionaccording to the research achievements. |
