The Research Of Industrial Park To Choose The Appropriate Leading Industries At Different Life Cycle

Like many other living things, the industrial park also has its own life cycle, but their physical processes are different, the life cycle of industry park reflects the process of its industry’s evolution.Therefore, the industrial park has a life cycle does not mean that it will die, or it may be a process of self-renewal. At the different stages of the industrial park, there are some industey plays a leading role in the industry park, it is usually take a large proportion in the industrial structure, and also has strong impetus to the development of other industries, so as to play a dominant role to the development of the park. Due to the importance of leading industry, the choice in each stage is appropriate or not, will directly affect the development of the industry park. Therefore, completes the choice of leading industry in the park in each stage has an important strategic significance for the development of the industry park.To do the research about the appropriate choose of leading industry in each stage of the life cycle, I will first study the rule of the park’s life cycle, analyzing the characteristic of the park under the different stages. Secondly, I will analysis the benchmark and constraint conditions for leading industry choice. Then, building the leading industry selection index system in different life cycle basing on the leading industry selection benchmark. And building evaluation and selection model of leading industry choice for the industrial park basing on the life cycle. Finally, I will take jinqiao economic and technological development zone as the example to verify the feasibility of my thesis.I hope that my study can provide certain reference value for the other industrial parks.
