Research On The Development Of Public Transportation Of Tourism In Changchun Based On The Tourists Experience

Great changes have taken place in transportation and tourism after200years ofdevelopment since Changchun city had been set up in1800.In the aspect of transportation,Changchun used to have cart and rickshaw before1949while now overwhelmed by bus,light rail and taxi, followed by the construction of metro; In the aspect of traffic structure,the city is forming an organic combination of radiate transport system, matrix transportsystem and circular transport system. In the aspect of tourism, Changchun is one of themost excellent tourism city across the national for it has rich natural and cultural tourismresources such as distinct four-seasons climate, relic resources, industry resources, artresources, movie resources, forest resources and so on. Coordinated the development ofpublic transportation and tourism is the focus of this study.The first part of this study shows the development of tourism and publictransportation in Changchun city, analyzes the resource condition of the development intourism, and sum up the conclusion that public transportation development lags behindtourism development through data comparison. The second part of this study shows thesatisfaction, comments, opinions and suggestions of public transportation throughinterviews and questionnaires in order to know the satisfaction and needs of the tourists inChangchun city objectively and comprehensively. Then the third part of the study usetopological space analysis method combining with main lines of tourism public transportof Changchun city, analyses the solutions of main problems existing in the city’s tourismpublic transport, which is to integrate tourism public transportation system, optimize thetourism lines and scientific planning before develop new tourism sites. The fourth partaims at set development directions and goals, and provide suggestions to the decisionmakers of tourism public transport services of Changchun city. Make full use of theexisting public transport, construct intensive tourism public transportation network;Embody humanistic solicitousness, highlight the characteristics of humanism and thefunction of tourism; Change ideas, innovate systems and establish efficient operationmanagement mechanisms; Create good tourism public traffic environment; Fully use legalsafeguard, establish policies to promote tourism transportation to better serve the touristsand society.
