Study On Development Strategy Of Founder Financial Holding Group

This paper studies development strategy of financial holding group, andthe foothold is to design the whole strategy system of Founder. Combining with the existing achievements in academic circles, financial integrated operation is inevitable. The theory foundation of this research is reference for development histroy and experience of financial holding group. Based on this, the comprehensive analysis is focused to internal and external business environment of financial holding group:at the macro level, domestic financial holding group’s future development path is predicted, and setting the strategic managementconnotation is cross selling; at the micro level,this paperfocuses on Founder Securities, which contains industry analysis and business analysis as same as Potter’s five forces model and the case of expansion. Conclusion indicates that both a challenge and an opportunity existing for industrytests financial holding group to make the strategic decision. In view of this, the paper designs two steps approach based on SWOT model:the first is continuous acquisition to implementation of horizontal integration from synergy effect; the second is transferring scale effect from synergy effect, in order to implementation oflevel of diversification based on synergy effect. From the general to points,this paper discusses the rules of business strategy and management, in order to create the complete strategic system for Founder financial holding group.
