So the problem of"Agriculture, Farmer, Countryside"is very important to the economic development and social stability of our country. Because the county economy is closely related to the problem of"Agriculture, Farmer, Countryside", so it becomes the breakthrough point to solve the problem of"Agriculture, Farmer, Countryside". But judging from the current development situation of the county economy in our country, the regional financial repression is the primary bottleneck to restrict the county economic growth. How to improve the regional financial reform is the key point to solve the problem of"Agriculture, Farmer, Countryside".The postal saving bank of China established at March 6th 2007, it has the largest financial service net in our country and over 37 thousand network points, and more than two-thirds of its network points distribute in county areas and sub-county areas. Therefore, study the development strategy of the postal saving bank under the development of county economy is very important to the sound development of the county economy in our country. Based on the specified data got form the developing process of the county economy in our country, this paper combines the county economics and the related theories of regional finance, use the methods and means such as theories study, practical analysis, inductive deductive method and so on to discuss the strategy deployment and reform of postal saving bank on improving the development of county economy under the current situation of how the financial system of our country support the development of county economy.
