Research Collaborative Logistics Business Knowledge Management System Based On Ontology

With the development of the logistics industry, a lot of new knowledge appearing constantly, the urgent need to standardize and establish reasonable management mode.At the same time, along with more and more closely relationship between logistics business and people’s life, people also put forward the needs of understanding and learning logistics business knowledge.Especially in the logistics process, in order to ensure the safety and efficiency,the operation staff must understand the related knowledge of the logistics operation, such as compatibility knowledge of cargo and vehicles.Nowadays,collaborative logistics has become one of the important trend of logistics, which is based on the information sharing and relying on the collaborative logistics public information platform to realize the business. But the current collaborative logistics public information platform is varied, and the problems of single function, redundant information and business information does not adapt to collaborative Logistics Agility and efficiency optimization.However,one of the main reasons is the lack of standardized logistics business knowledge.So, we focuse on the information of the realization of collaborative logistics public information platform from the knowledge point. Aiming at the need of the specification and service learning,we establish knowledge management system of collaborative logistics business.It is important realistic significance for the development of logistics especially collaborative Logistics.We introduce the theory of ontology theory into the knowledge management, which is an effective way to solve the information sharing problem of logistics public information platform, and improve the efficiency of logistics service to realize the collaborative logistics. Themain research work are as fowllows:First, the work carries on the analysis to the related logistics information platform and logistics business, After synthesizing some information expression framework of the Logistics information platform, we puts forward a framework of collaborative logistics business business; Based on this framework, the logistics business knowledge is classified and standardize the related concept.Then according to the logistics industry terms and specifications,a kind of relation of knowledge is formed, and a business knowledge model of logistics is established.Second, according to the logistics business complexity, dynamic and dispersion, and the characteristics of multi variable, for collaborative business sharing, agile discovery and collaborative, the method of logistics business ontology is proposed.And we establish logistics business ontology by protege, make a formal model of the core concepts, which make the logistics business concepts have clear and consistent formal definitions, facilitate the understanding and knowledge reasoning by the computerThird, in order to facilitate the using and updating the relevant knowledge, we propose a framework of logistics business knowledge management system. This system use the Java, based on this ontology, a knowledge management system is developed. To meet the changing of logistics business knowledge, this system provides ontology updating interface for the maintenance of ontology. And to meet the needs of different industries, knowledge query is achieved by Sparql and Jena,which support the OWL ontology query and reasoning. Besides this system provide the knowledge map,in order to facilitate understanding of the logistics business knowledge.
