Nano-Calcium carbonate is one kind important inorganic chemical products. From the last century80s, nano-calcium carbonate in our country has achieved the industrialization. The different charring methods came out, the scale became more and more large. The production grew, the application of realm continually expanded. With the China’s chemical industrial developing, there are more and more hight requirements on the nano-calcium carbonate crystal type, varieties, modified process, and etc. Therefore, we need to improve the performance of the nanometer calcium carbonate preparation device, productivity and product refinement of production’s ability urgently.In the field of the chemical industry equipment, the device’s design is often attached to its preparation method system. Because of the industry’s peculiarities, the the big investment, the large scale, and the long using time in the chemical industry equipment, cause the preparation methods in the industrialized hard to improve. Due to the huge scale of investment, and the unable rapid popularization new technical craft to, we need to find a way to improve the equipment design, especially a way with less investment that causes big improvement.This article presents a product design based on the currently design method: we combine the QFD design theory and TRIZ theory together, this is the first time this combination using in chemical machinery field. We improve the design of nano-calcium carbonate preparation equipment, solve the spray method to prepare nano-calcium carbonate equipment ubiquitous nozzle plugging problems. Moreover, we fix the confliction of nano-calcium carbonate reaction temperature. This method has Innovative and progressive meaning, and at the same time it also provides a new way for equipment improvement design in chemical machinery field.
