Research On Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Chemical Enterprises Based On TRIZ Theory

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, technological innovation ability in the development of enterprises in various countries play an increasingly important role.Technological innovation has become the core of the comprehensive competitiveness of major enterprises. Chemical enterprises in the market competition is particularly fierce, in order to be better and faster in China to develop, we must fully enhance the technological innovation capability. In view of this, this paper mainly takes TRIZ theory as the breakthrough point,deeply analyzes the importance of researching technological innovation and evaluating the technological innovation ability of enterprises.First of all, it focuses on the analysis of the theory of TRIZ and technological innovation,finds out the commonness and cohesion between the theories, and makes a theoretical definition of the technological innovation capability of chemical enterprises. It analyzes the relationship between TRIZ and enterprise technological innovation relationship. Secondly,according to the actual situation of China's chemical enterprises at present, the paper analyzes the development of technological innovation and the factors related to the technological innovation of chemical enterprises. Based on the principle of TRIZ, the principle is the breakthrough, the chemical enterprise is the breakthrough, Evaluation Index System of Enterprise's Technological Innovation Ability in China's Chemical Enterprises. Specifically including seven first-level indicators, twenty-six secondary indicators. Seven first-level indicators are: enterprise innovation management, innovation investment, marketing innovation and R & D level, innovation management level. Thirdly, combining with the existing evaluation of the technical index system of chemical enterprises, we selected 28 representative chemical enterprises in China, and analyzed the innovation ability of the enterprises by using the data envelopment analysis method with strong objectivity and simple operation. Based on the analysis of China's chemical industry in the technical innovation of the shortcomings and the main problems. And finally put forward the following strategies:The first focus on innovative product development; the second focus on high-end chemical products; third to provide the overall solution; the fourth emphasis on external technology access; fifth effective protection of intellectual property rights; sixth to develop a complete project planning; seventh adjustment incentive measures; Play the role of the above methods and measures to comprehensively enhance the innovation capacity of chemical enterprises.
