In the past twenty years, Ancai Corporation past has been mainly rely on CRT projects,PV projects for pillar industries. But in recent years speeding up the process of global integration, a variety of resources in the world to flow and optimize the allocation of the world’s industrial layout adjustment and industrial division has had a profound impact.In recent years the rapid development of flat panel display technology, the photovoltaic industry is highly competitive, has been difficult to support Ancai Corporation traditional project development. How to find a new economic growth point group is urgent and real problem.CNG is compressed natural gas, natural gas is pressurized by the compressor stations, and then through the high-pressure deep dehydration, may pass through the tanker transport. CNG vehicles as early as the1930s had already been developed. Technically has entered a mature stage. But by the impact of the development of national resource structure is not the same. In China, CNG industry is still an emerging market. Entering the21st century, increasingly fierce competition. Ancai Corporation has its own pipeline of resources.the development of CNG stations and seize the market, the company’s development and transformation has important significance. However, for Ancai Corporation, the late market entry, management level is not high,lack of marketing ability, do not form a brand competitiveness, the lack of strategic guiding ideology. Etc, which greatly restricted the Ancai Corporation CNG stations development. Therefore Ancai Corporation CNG project should be analyzed in a special combination of marketing environment. The situation and development of marketing programs from a strategic point of view,put forward CNG industry marketing strategies, promote healthy and rapid development.Thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of introduction of writing this article reveals the background, significance, put forward the main research question. The second chapter of the research object CNG project definition, describes the current development of CNG vehicles. Chapter III use PEST, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT development and other related theories on Ancai Corporation CNG projects in the industrial environment for analysis. Chapter IV Ancai Corporation CNG project marketing strategy and the specific implementation assurance, in the second and third chapters on safety color CNG industrial projects after environmental analysis of the project’s marketing safety color CNG explore strategic choices. On this basis, Ancai Corporation CNG project will analyze specific marketing strategy implementation. Chapter V is the conclusion section, review the feasibility of the project and put forward proposals in the actual operation.
