Research On HOPSCA Of Asset Backed Securitization

The rapid growth of economy and urbanization has brought unprecedentedpressure to the limited supply of land.Urban land intensive use has become theinevitable trend of city development and also puts forward demands for urbancomplex at the same time.As an important part of city construction,HOPSCA provides life,entertainmentand other service for city residents and tens of thousands of jobs for the society at thesame time.It has become an important engine of driving the development of regionaleconomy.The great returns also lurns investors and developers.However,the needs forfunds and dependence on capital chain has become an important factor to restrict itsdevelopment.Therefore, providing continuous,low cost of funds for the HOPSCA,hasbecome an urgent and important work.Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) is a new financing tool originated in theUS,it has been widely accepted by the whole world for its low cost,low risk and itsunrestricted amount of financing.This paper firstly combines ABS which is a newfinancing tool for HOPSCA financing in China,based on expounding the HOPSCAtheory and ABS theory, analysis the necessity,feasibility and advantage of theapplication of ABS innovation financing on HOPSCA,design a set of financingmethods based on the summary of previous experience,and then werified its economyand anti-risk throuth calculation and sensitivity analysis,wish to provide a newmethod of financing for the HOPSCA.
