The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Hopsca(Hotel-Office-Park-Shoppingmall -Convention-Apartment) In Chengdu

During three decades, the urbanization rate of China is growing rapidly from 17.9 percent in 1978 to 52.6 percent in 2013, the annual average growth stands 10 percent. China has started to enter into the development process of accelerated urbanization and promote the accelerated development of HOPSCA (Hotel-Office-Park-Shoppingmall-Convention-Apartment), As for the rapid development of HOPSCA, it has becoming a huge challenge that various cities should face.This paper investigates the circumstance of HOPSCA in Chengdu City, takes the famous HOPSCA at home and abroad as examples, prompts the strategy and measures of HOPSCA in Chengdu. This paper consists of five chapters, the research includes the theory and concept, the development practice, the current situation and the healthy development measures of HOPSCA.At first, this paper define the concept and type of HOPSCA, analysis the features of famous HOPSCA, summary the successful experience. Then, we investigate the market of HOSCA in Chengdu, suggest the three development phases and clear the change rule of size, summary the problem of development planning, the distribution, transportation and talents. At last, based on the experience and current situation, propose nine measures including the development planning, investment and financing, public service and supervision. It is innovation points that investigating the market of HOPSCA and come up with suitable steps. But as for the dynamic change in market information and shortage data in planning,it would be a big problem for this paper.
