Research On The Sustainable Development Of The New Rural Construction In Beimazhong Village

China is a large agricultural country, the "three rural" issues related to continue to deepen the reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and relations with China to build a well-off society in an all-round way steadily forward, related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Currently, China is in a period of building a moderately prosperous society, the emphasis and difficulty lies in the rural areas, the stable foundation depends on the abundance agricultural, the wealthy country depends on the rich farmers, the social security depends on the stability of rural, the well-off in society as a whole depends on the rural well-off, and the modernization of the country depends on the agriculture modernization. At present, the development of China’s national economic have a good momentum, the leading industries has been the change from an agricultural to non-agricultural, the main driving force of economic growth comes from non-agricultural industries. Based on international experience, China has entered a new stage of the industry to support agriculture. So in the October2005, Communist Party of China has passed the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan recommended" in the Sixteenth Fifth Plenary Session. Push forward the building of a new socialist countryside followed to the requirements of "the development of production, the well-off life, civilized for rural, village clean and democratic management".As the main line of the economic development of the of the BeiMazhong village and by the focus of its new rural construction process, this article descript the achievements and the inadequacies in the process of building new countryside of the BeiMazhong village. At the same time, this article also has carried out a detailed theoretical analysis and study by using the modern economics theories and methods. Finally, in order to achieve the goal of giving some suggestions to the new rural construction nationwide, this article gives some rationalization proposals, which are based on the economic theory and the actual local situation. And the proposals relate to the sustainable development of the economic, society and ecology field.
