| Under the profound influence of the global outsourcing activities, numerous foreign trade processing industry clusters have been formed in China’s coastal regions since reform and opening up. These foreign trade processing industry clusters have played a very important role to promote China’s economic development and the formation of macro economy. In recent years, a series of changes have been taken place in China’s internal and external environment of economic development, the coastal foreign trade processing industry clusters are facing huge pressure in cost and demand. The coastal foreign trade processing industry cluster can’t enter the high-end industrial chain altogether, so choose to transfer. The network power is distinctly unequal between the transnational corporations and suppliers of China’s coastal foreign trade processing industry cluster. The transfer under the influence of the transnational corporations’ network power is becoming a normal phenomenon of the development of the cluster. The clustered transfer phenomenon under the command of transnational corporations has had a profound effect on regional social economy, and attracted great attention of the government and academia. By the effect of the network power of transnational corporations within the global production network, the local suppliers in China’s coastal foreign trade processing industry cluster "captured" transfer.Along with the modular development of industry and industrial chain division in labor refinement, industrial clustered transfer will gradually become a new trend of the evolution of industrial transfer, it also will be the developing direction of the evolution of industrial transfer in our country. Industrial clustered transfer have a lot of benefits, the study of industrial clustered transfer is not only the objective need of the development of industrial cluster, but also the important driving force to promote economic development of underdeveloped regions and the transformation and upgrading of developed regions. Industrial clustered transfer has had a profound effect to regional social economy; it has important theoretical and practical significance to promote sustained and stable development of regional economy. In recent years, industrial transfer in China’s coastal areas is no longer scattered, small-scale, but overall, clustered, extensively.Based on this, this paper selects the evolutionary game theory as the research perspective to study the industrial clustered transfer of China’s coastal foreign trade processing industry. The author strongly believes that the clustered transfer phenomenon is the result of game between transnational corporations and supplies under the equal and unequal network power. Firstly, this paper reviews the related literature about industrial clustered transfer research, game theory research and network power research, and regard reviews as the theoretical basis of the study. Secondly, this paper analyzes the general situation of industrial clustered transfer of China’s coastal foreign trade processing industry. Thirdly, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of the industrial clustered transfer, solving the evolutionary game model of the industrial clustered transfer, then discusses and analyzes the evolutionary stability of the main strategies under the condition of equal and unequal network power. Lastly, this paper analyzes the obstacle of China’s coastal foreign trade processing industry in the aspect of promotion network power and provides some countermeasure and suggestion for government to promote the sustainable and stable development of regional economy. |
