Through the adaption makes the east-coast-area including Yangtze river delta region, the pearl river delta and bohai bay economic zone, become the most prosperous developed areas in China, to make our country from a small trade country grow into a trade power.From the point of the whole development process of the eastern coastal, it is using its elements resources advantage and through carries on labor-intensive industries transfer from the developed countries, developed for processing trade, rapid industrialization and industrial agglomeration process attracted a lot of labor flow to eastern region from midwest area. As the eastern region of processing trade industry agglomeration, especially since the financial crisis, the development of foreign trade on the whole face huge difficulty, exports as one of the three carriages of national economic growth of exports have already can’t play its role. Processing trade enterprises face multiple external pressure, and the serious problem of homogeneity. Most of the processing trade industry started by the tide, appear the phenomenon of rising cost, diseconomies of scale and resource scarcity, the environment is becoming more and more severe, especially in recent years, the real wages of rural migrant workers not rise but lower in eastern region, led to the serious employment gap, began to appear the phenomena of "shortage of migrant workers seriously.Bearing pressure of environmental resources to further expand, as well as the rising cost of elements, which makes the eastern region development of processing trade enterprises face the difficulty of survival.
