The Research Of International Project Materials Procurement And Management In CFHI

As the deep development of reformation, the internationalization of Chinese equipmentmanufacturing industry strategy has been kicked off, and “Go to oversea” strategy hasinitially formed scale. However, the heavy equipment enterprises in China are still in theprimary exploring stage on the field of internationalization of heavy equipment projectconstruction and operation, and urgently need some mature and successful experience for theresearch and discussion.This paper analyzed CFHI as the main part, and focused on analyzing and researchingof CFHI’s International project material purchasing management. First of all, this paperintroduced the international project material purchasing of related background knowledge,also expounded the business overall introduction and characteristics of CFHI’s internationalproject material purchasing, then emphasized on analyzing the problems of CFHI’sinternational project material purchasing work, and presented the purchasing plan is notreasonable, supplier management is not standard, information management has not beenperfect and reasonable, relevant risks without reasonable evading, and the problems ofreducing the cost of the material purchasing.After the analyzing and judging to the problem, in view of these deficiencies, accordingto the advanced materials purchasing management theory, presents a set of suitable forCFHI’s international project material purchasing management optimization method, andrespectively five aspects concrete improvement measured from strict formulating purchaseplan, specification for supplier management and improving the material informationmanagement, earnestly doing a good job in risk control, and reasonable decreasing the totalcost of purchasing.
