| The current international community is constantly experiencing economic and political frictions,such as the Trade War between China and the United States,the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,as well as manmade & natural disasters,the COVID-19 epidemic,all of which have had a huge impact on the global supply chain.As raw material prices soar,production capacity is insufficient and logistics is blocked,procurement and supply chain of enterprises are facing great cost pressure and supply risk.Under the severe international situation,China’s local supply chain is relatively more secure and stable.At present,all walks of life urgently need to ensure the stable supply of materials.Group A is a global integrated solutions provider for the semiconductor and electronics industries,providing technology and solutions for all process steps in semiconductor packaging and electronic product production.A group’s production is mainly distributed throughout China,but the procurement supply chain is still dependent on foreign manufacturers.In this paper,starting from the purchasing status of aluminum alloy materials of A Group,according to the logic of "problem-problem analysisproblem solving",the optimization of aluminum alloy materials purchasing strategy of A Group is studied.Based on the theory of supply chain risk management,this paper applies methods of PEST environment,Kalajack matrix,Pareto analysis.First of all,through the analysis of the status of aluminum alloy procurement of A Group,the risks and problems existing in aluminum alloy material procurement are found,and the aluminum alloy localized procurement strategy is put forward.Secondly,through seeking the positive factors of localization procurement,the feasibility of localization procurement is analyzed.Then,the detailed localization strategy procurement plan was formulated,and differentiated local supplier selection scheme was adopted based on material classification.Related process and structure optimization and adjustment were also carried out based on localization strategy.Finally,the implementation of the localization strategy,combined with the localization of procurement and survey data,the implementation of the localization of procurement analysis of the expected effect,indicate clearly the group’s future strategic procurement direction.Localized procurement is one of the important procurement strategies of enterprise supply chain management,which can effectively reduce the risk of enterprise supply chain,improve the procurement competitiveness,thus enhancing the comprehensive strength of enterprises,and provide guarantee for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,the study of A Group’s localized procurement of aluminum alloy materials can not only help A Group reduce procurement costs and supply chain risks,improve procurement competitiveness,but also have certain reference significance for domestic and foreign peer enterprises’ localized procurement strategies. |
