| Abstract:Enter the era of knowledge-driven economy, the intellectual capital stock in the enterprise has been gradually replacing the traditional financial capital, become the source of competitive advantage; management and development of intellectual capital is imminent, but there is still a lack of an universally applicable intellectual capital evaluation system, and this problem has become a huge obstacles for the development of intellectual capital.Firstly, this paper redefines the concept and structure of intellectual capital by reviewing the relevant literature, and introduces the basic idea and the pros and cons of several typical intellectual capital evaluation methods, as well as the foudamental theory which is relevant with the research of intellectual capital.Secondly, this paper takes an example of HongTai pharmaceutical companies, and describes the implementation status and the existing problems of the intellectual capital evaluation. In order to deal with these deficiencies and the subjective feature of the indicators of existing evaluation model, this paper builds a new evaluation system for intellectual capital which is designed with the principle of comprehensiveness, objectivity, comparability and with the core of ROI by combining intellectual capital with financial analysis system.Then this paper applies the relevant data in2007and2012of HongTai pharmaceutical companies to the new syetem and destributes the differences of indicators to its catogories with the improved chain substitution, this paper finds that the human capital is the weak link in the chain of intellectual capital development in HongTai pharmaceutical enterprise,then this paper presents a brief optimization suggestions about it. Finally, this paper analyses the effectiveness of the evaluation system used in HongTai pharmaceutical enterprise and proposes safeguards from three aspects such as the management structure, corporate culture, information systems to promote this system to operate more smoothly. |
