Study On The Choose Of Human Resource Management And Control Model Of ZY Real Estate Enterprise Group

Human resources management pattern, with style, leaders of enterprises organizational structure, staff quality, scope of business, enterprise cultural factors differ and present a difference. Headquarters departments and subsidiaries assume different responsibilities in the management module, the need to implement the matching control means. How to realize the effective control of the company’s human resources, has become a major problem faced by the modern real estate corporation.This paper takes ZY real estate group as a case study, the human resources management and control mode selection as the research object, adopting the research method of theoretical research and investigation, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Describes the research background, significance, methods and ideas of research in the introduction part of this paper; then defines the related concepts, reviews the domestic and foreign human resources management and control mode of enterprise group of literature, as the theoretical basis of this study; next, this paper analyses the present situation of China’s real estate enterprises, human resources management existence problems, and constructs the selection model of human resource management mode; to ZY real estate group as a case, makes an empirical research, makes the optimization project human resources management and control model of ZY real estate group; finally, summarize and suggest topics.This paper thinks that, along with the diversification of the industry development strategy, the human resources management and control model, has been unable to meet the enterprise scale expansion of demand, choice will human resources management and control model compound to become a major trend of real estate corporation. The results of this study, with the contribution value to the research on the theory of human resource management to enrich our real estate corporation, on the other enterprises in the selection and design of human resources management and control model, can also provide reference.
