Sales Logistics is an important part of the logistics industry chain, in this part, many companies not only faced with the problem of high operating costs but also relatively low level of customer service problems. These affect their market competitiveness and market share, in order to solve the problems, most companies began to consider from the control inventory costs and reduce operating costs. To achieve a fundamental balance between supply and demand, and to avoid unnecessary inventory, then need to start the relevant accurately predict market demand forecasting procedures. When constant product quality, higher customer service levels will depend on the final level of customer service contacts a third-party product carriers, customer care products the timely arrival according to the volume, which is a third-party carriers proposed higher requirements. Production, transportation and warehousing to some extent, these three have a causal relationship, solve the problem of the sales logistics system and should be addressed from these areas.Based on the study on the logistics chain, analyzed the current situation which exist plate sales logistics system and find the key issues (production, transport, storage) and analysis it, then made the solution. By studying the current situation and forecast methods of domestic and international logistics demand forecasting. This paper presents the weighted sum of the absolute value of the minimum error combination forecasting model to improve the prediction accuracy. For finished goods carriers selected issues, this paper establishing TOPSIS model, comprehensive evaluation carriers and carry the pros and cons of each sort of carriers, manufacturers can easily selected on the carriers. The actual situation of enterprises with analysis, using a combination forecasting methods is more improved than single precision forecasting method, multi-objective decision model based on qualitative analysis, not only help enterprises choose the best carriers also help choose suboptimal carrier providers. Then make the sales logistics system optimization.
