With the rapid development of our economy and the rising of people's livingstandard, automobile consumption expands rapidly and the competition of automobilemarket has been being intensified. At present, most automobile manufacturers haverealized the importance of logistics management and have paid attention to thereconstruction of sales logistics system because of lacking a set of adapt sales logisticmodel and system support in the construction and management of market channel.Especially to the industry-leading automobile manufacturers, because their output is largeand sales network is all over the country, so it's necessary to choose and build anappropriate sales logistic model and system to face the market competition. But how tobuild a suitable and efficient logistics vehicle sales model is a realistic problem that manyenterprises are facing.Facing automobile manufacturer's sales logistics aspects of the problem, this paperstudies the automobile industry sales logistics operation and management system as wellas the future of e-commerce sales logistics management model. This paper is based on theintegrated use of moderu logistics management, supply chain management theories, thetheory of Marketing Strategies, and other related tools at the moment. In this paper, theauthor analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the self-logistics enterprises, 3PLmanagement and transition three-logistics sales logistics model, t_hen points out that thethird party logistics is the sales logistics management development trends of automobileindustry and designs the third-party vehicle sales logistics system. Finally, combined withthe situation of Futon Auto, the author constructs a suitable sales logistics managementmodel and analyzes the effects after the transformation, then conceives the model ofe-commerce on the automobile sales logistics operation and management.
