Production Lean Design And Assessment For P Product Localization In BOS Company

Abstract:If China wants to maintain long-term sustainable economic development, it must revitalize the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry to achieve industrial upgrading and economic restructuring. China’s machinery products, especially higher-end products in the key components of the core technology has not made much of a breakthrough, thus limiting the large-scale development of related industries, so they can not stronger. Papers in the course of development of lean manufacturing principles and theoretical basis of summing up the system proposed product localization of lean manufacturing organization, specifically introduced for CSBOS product localization process and outcome were analyzed. On this basis, the discourse CSBOS implementing lean manufacturing domestic auto parts industry for inspiration, indicating a scientific and rational implementation of lean production on the domestic parts industry, the positive role and made a sustained attention to the implementation of lean production matter.In this discourse study, it focuses on the advanced theory and methods of combining practicality, system analysis combining research and practice improvement.
