Closed-loop Supply Chain Cooperation Mechanism Game Analysis Of Home Appliances Industry

In this paper, it studies the cooperative mechanism of household electrical appliances industry between home appliance manufacturers and sellers of home appliance in the closed-loop supply chain, based on the perspective of game theory. This paper analyzes the four cases appliances closed-loop supply chain and the relationship between the members, four kinds of circumstances respectively are centralized model, stark’s model, principal-agent model under the symmetric information and asymmetric information principal-agent mode. This paper mainly uses the profit as the objective function, through the comparison and analysis of main centralized and stark model shows that electrical appliances closed-loop supply chain members should make a whole decision, because it can make greater profit. What’s more, this paper entrustes home appliance distributors as the agency of recycling the waste household appliances, respectively analyzed under symmetric information and asymmetric information, how the household electrical appliances manufacturers control vendors by what mechanism, so as to achieve the whole household appliances closed-loop supply chain and each member of the closed-loop supply chain profit optimization, then the paper is verified by a concrete example simulation discussed in this paper, four kinds of model under different conclusions, the means of digital simulation is more intuitive, is also from the Angle of mathematics more clear appliances every detail of the closed-loop supply chain. Finally this paper puts forward some suggestions for home appliance industry of closed-loop supply chain based on the analysis.The first chapter is introduction.
