With the development of China’s financial industry, further deepening banking business, to carry out comprehensive banking competition, especially qualified personnel, making strategic human resource management and development of enterprise itself is the same, it is important to China’s banking industry currently faces subject. In order to continuously improve bank performance and achieve strategic change, China’s banks also need human resources management with greater effort.Based on organizational learning perspective, based on previous research, this article from the analysis of the banking industry in the regulation of learning orientation. High performance work practice and employee performance impact mechanism studied in the context of learning orientation, relations and human resource management practices between employee performance. On this basis, we constructed a High performance work practice, innovative research framework orientation and employee performance. Explore the development of High performance work practice in the learning orientation system, the efficient allocation and use of resources, balance and grasp the development and application of exploratory learning and learning of the bank, and promote learning ability and employee performance. Banks looking to differentiation strategy in the competition is very necessary.Firstly, high performance work practice and learning orientation literature related to carding, and outlines the development status of relevant research in China. Secondly, the research foundation of the relationship between the relevant variables predecessors, this paper proposes three theoretical assumptions to construct a direct role model in this paper and the regulatory role models are two basic theoretical research model. In the third part describes the data sources and research methods, which mainly uses the Richter scale to quantify the object of study and proposed research, and then obtain statistical questionnaires. In this paper, using eviews6.0, SPSS19.0and AMOS7.0software to deal with the results of the investigation. In the empirical part, the paper through hundreds of employees more than a dozen banks in the Sichuan region conducted a questionnaire survey, the questionnaire results were statistically processed using empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis raised earlier. First, verify the high performance of human resource management and corporate performance direct role model to obtain a High performance work practice and employee performance significantly correlated conclusions. Secondly, the regression methods were used to study the structural equation and learning-oriented regulation. From the study, we found that the presence of high performance work practice practices and employee performance a positive correlation between the empirical support for the hypothesis from the article. Through the study provides theoretical support for the banking sector in participating in human resource management practices. Based on the above analysis, the banking industry, to create a good learning environment and organization to keep an open mind and make the line employees to maintain shared vision for play a significant role in China’s banking industry in today’s era of homogeneity survival and development banks. In the final part, for the banking industry give some opinions and suggestions in human resource management activities. The sample size needs to be increased, help to improve the accuracy of the conclusions. Secondly, most of the scales scales developed by the foreign scholars to take a direct translation of the institute come, due to the presence of foreign cultural differences, so future studies can develop suitable for China’s scale. Finally, since this article is only for High performance work practice, learning orientation, employee performance three variables studied, but in reality, human resource management practices, the paper did not consider the impact of human resource practices more variables in future studies can be considered to construct a more accurate model.
